I just love Fashion Weekend Skopje! The shows, the lights, the smiles, the sighs, the chatter… Speaking of sighs, there were lots of them on the second evening of FWSK when Jovana Filipovic presented her AW 2015/16 collection. I would wear every single one of the pieces, especially the coats. Her sophistication, subtle sex appeal and inspiring minimalism had me under a spell. I can’t wait to see the collection again and try on some of the pieces in her cozy atelier.
On the same evening we also saw the new line by Elena Spasovska who paid a stylish respect to the working women in the textile industry, and Venera Mustafa from Kosovo who for the first time ever presented an ethereal dual line for the Macedonian fashion audience. You can read my full reviews on the shows at Pixel.mk.
The whole FWSK vibe had me in the mood, so I decided to play around with my look and give a chance to wearing lingerie as nightwear. I paired this amazing silk and lace corset with dark jeans and my favorite blazer from Irina Tosheva‘s Memento Mori collection. This perfectly tailored blazer is one of the best pieces I’ve ever bought and I wear it with almost every style. The silver rings by Skagen and the minimalist black wristwatch from the La Passion line by Jacques Lemans (both available at My:Time) perfectly complemented the look. Your thoughts on my outfit are more than welcomed. Stay tuned for more FWSK posts!
