Fashion Weekend Skopje celebrates its 10th edition this season and I can’t be more thrilled, especially since this time it is dedicating a special corner for Macedonian fashion bloggers and photographers with a workshop by British fashion stylist Rebekah Roy. All of my morning coffees these few days are reserved for this amazing group of enthusiasts while we share our experiences and learn how to better ourselves with every next project. Also, this season my views on the shows will be published with the website Pixel.mk and here I’ll be sharing my outfits and special comments.
The grand opening on Thursday was a true fashion medley both on the runway and off. Designer Jovan Petrovski presented his edgy minimalist collection under the brands BLACKOUT and SQUIRE, bringing breath of fresh air with some charmingly dark-ish menswear (yey for new male model faces!) and androgynous women wear. What followed was Jovana Filipovic with her urban jungle of contrasted colours, shapes and textures. Thumbs up for the spices-inspired colour palette and oversized coats, Jovana!
